With over 25 years in private equity, João founded H Capital in 2014. He previously served as the CEO of ES Capital, where he transformed it into a leading third-party funds manager, demonstrating expertise in managing complex financial structures.
Academic Background
João holds an MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Bsc in Business Administration from ISCTE.
Professional Experience
Isabel brings + 25 years of private equity experience, having founded H Capital on 2014. Previously, she led Later Stage activity at ES Capital. She has a rich background in structuring and negotiating investment processes, driving value creating at investee companies.
Academic Background
Holds MSc in Finance from London Business School and a Bsc in Economics from Nova BSE.
Professional Experience
With over 30 years in investment banking and executive leadership, Paulo has held board positions in over 20 companies across Portugal, Brazil and Poland. He served as Global Head of Investment Banking at Haitong Bank, managing deal worth €50 billion, and co-founded VIRA Frangos, a food chain in Portugal.
Academic Background
Paulo holds MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Nova University of Lisboa, a Post-Graduate in Management & Business Administration from ISCTE, and completed the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.
Professional Experience
Began his career as a Structural Designer and after as a Construction Site Manager in several building works. Since 2001, Board member of Teixeira Duarte Group companies, supervising the activities in Real Estate, Retail, Education and Automotive business units. Between 2011 and 2023, Board Member of Teixeira Duarte leading company. Consolidated experience across the whole real estate chain, operating over a broad field of real estate projects in Portugal, Angola, Brazil Mozambique, Spain and USA, in different categories such as Residential, Offices, Retail, Hotels, Logistics, Heath Clubs Hospitals and Schools.

Diogo holds MSc in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
Professional Experience
Luis began his career in 2002 as a project engineer. In 2006, he joined ESAF, S.A., managing the closed-end real estate investment funds. From 2008 to 2022, he worked for Teixeira Duarte Group, leading largescale real estate projects. From 2022 to 2024, he was Head of Project Management at a major real estate company in Lisbon. Luís has an extensive experience in Real Estate, having worked with Residential, Offices, Retail, Logistics and Infrastructure projects, in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique.
